Privacy Policy

• What you enter in the interest form: your name, email address, phone number and, if you choose, a message.
• Where you came from. If the link you clicked included campaign tags (for example utm_source=instagram), we record those tags with your form submission so we know which channels people find us through.
• Technical information our form provider records to prevent spam, such as your IP address and browser type.
• Website usage data. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and records aggregated information such as pages viewed, referring site, country and device type. It does not identify you personally.
• Messages you send us directly by email, text or phone.

• To contact you personally by email, text or phone about Winning and Wellness, including when it launches and founding-member pricing.
• To gauge interest in Winning and Wellness and decide whether and how to launch it.
• To understand which channels bring people to the site and improve it.
• To prevent spam and abuse, and to meet legal obligations.

We will not add you to a newsletter or use your information for unrelated marketing without your permission. Text messages are sent personally by Hal, not by an automated system, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that help us run this site, such as Formspree (which receives and stores form submissions), Vercel (website hosting and analytics) and our email provider. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
• Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others.
• A buyer or successor, if the business is sold or reorganized.

We keep interest-form submissions for as long as we need them to follow up with you about Winning and Wellness. If it does not launch, or you ask us to, we delete your submission.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing hal.mackenzie@gmail.com. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights under state law. We will not treat you differently for exercising them.

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Winning and Wellness is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above.
